Uncharted Shores Academy (USA) is a California public Charter School and is open to all students, regardless of disabling condition(s). USA is considered “an arm of the district for special education”. This means that all USA students receive Special Education through USA’s Charter Authorizer, Del Norte Unified School District (DNUSD), and that USA falls under the provisions of the Humboldt-Del Norte SELPA.
