The following are links to Google Sheets that we have given teachers appropriate access to. You will need to login to Google with your Shores Academy email, if you aren’t already, in order to access some of the following links. If you have any issues or need access to one of these documents please fill out the request when you try to access the file and we will get that fixed for you.
Due to COVID-19, we are performing mandatory wellness checks for all staff after being sick. Obviously, if you have symptoms of the coronavirus then you should get tested, if your test comes back positive you will have to quarantine at home. This online form must be submitted before returning to school.

Search Database
Follow this link to the searchable database. You can use this to get a list of students in any grade or sorted by teachers class. You can also view just Home Study students if needed. Changing viewable details here will change it for any one viewing the page.
Student Info
Need to view more then the basic contact info for a student? Use the Individual Student sheet to view details one student at a time. The additional links will display a list of students that are SPED, EL, Foster Kids, Free & Reduced Lunch, etc. Only one teacher can view student info at a time, if you select a student it will change the viewable content for everyone viewing that page.
Follow this link to view the Home Study Reports that the parents submit online. The reports will be sorted with the newest at the top. You can filter by teacher to find the students you need.

Home Study Reports
Edit Database
Follow this link to modify information in the database or add new students. Not everyone has access to add content, if you need to add something and can’t contact the office.
Here you will be able to view email lists we have collected. Sort through each list by changing the dropdown under the Email List column. When someone fills out a form to be added a request get’s input into the database. Twice a week those emails will be added to the email lists to make is easy for teachers to reach those groups. The list of email groups can be viewed in the following sheet.

Here you can view and print all the enrollment forms. If you don’t have access to this Google Drive folder just request access. Once forms are submitted online the info is saved as a PDF on this Google Drive folder. Along with that, an email is sent to the person who submitted the form so they will have a copy as well for confirmation.
